How much is shipping?
For orders within Canada and to the US, we offer shipping options. Most shipping costs are based on size and weight.

How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders are shipped within one week from the day of purchase, unless otherwise arranged. Shipping companies can not guarantee a delivery date or time. Most gifts arrive within 7 business days.

I'm from the US, do I pay in USD?
If you are placing an order from the US, you will be charged in CAD. Please note there is a possibility of being charged customs fees/tariffs on your box. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these fees.

I’ve purchased an item as a gift. How can I ensure that the recipient knows who it’s from?
We have beautiful cards available as add ons! We can hand write your message or leave it blank for you to fill out.
